The key to citing an ebook is that you cite it almost exactly the way you would if it were a physical book in your hand, only you add the database or website name you used to access the resource and the stable URL to the end of the citation.

In general, follow this format, remember to include a hanging indent, and match all punctuation/italicization/capitalization:
Last name, First name. "Title of Chapter or Short Story in Collection." Title of Book, Publisher, Publication Date, Location (page numbers). Database Name, URL.
